Whether you're dealing with a family law matter, criminal charge, estate planning, probate, or setting up a business, we’re here to help—and it all starts with a conversation.

Here’s what you can expect when you call in to schedule a consultation:

Confidentiality Comes First

One of the most important things to know is that our we are bound by the same attorney-client privilege as our attorneys. Everything you share with us is completely confidential. We cannot disclose your information to anyone—including the opposing party. In fact, we can’t even confirm that you called.

Consultation Fees

  • Family Law, Probate, Estate Planning, and Business Consultations: $275

  • Criminal Consultations: Free

What I’ll Need from You

Depending on your legal issue, we will gather some basic information to get us started. This helps our attorneys make the most of your consultation time.

Divorce

  • General contact info

  • Opposing party’s full name

  • Key details: infidelity, abuse, counseling, children, date of marriage

  • Property and assets acquired during the marriage (community property)

  • Whether the divorce is contested (disagreements over custody, property, etc.) or uncontested (both parties agree on all terms)

Uncontested divorces are generally simpler and more affordable.

Criminal

  • General contact info

  • Date of arrest

  • Description of the incident

  • Driver’s license number

  • Date of birth

  • Last four digits of your Social Security number

  • Any prior criminal history

Estate Planning

  • General contact info

  • What you’re looking to create: Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, etc.

Probate

  • General contact info

  • Name and date of death of the deceased

  • Your relationship to the deceased

  • Whether you have the original will and death certificate

  • We’ll also need to speak with the executor of the estate

LLC Formation

  • General contact info

  • Potential business names (if you have a few in mind)
